Old Business:
- A sign-up sheet was circulated for the Installation of officers on January 9. The count of attendees so far is at 32. A $10 per person was collected at the end of the meeting. All members are invited with their guests at Kip’s home.

New Business:
- Carl had a meeting on Wednesday for a review and suggestions of the club’s website.
- Officers’ Training will be on January 8 at Chapman College and Rio Hondo College on January 22. There will be education sessions for everyone. See attached flyer.
- David reviewed the assignments for the next meeting on January 10.
